Terms and Conditions
Effective date: November 12, 2025
These Terms and Conditions govern the relationship between The Paradise Travel Group, LLC, an independent travel agency that books with select host agencies, “The Paradise Travel Group, LLC,” “we,” “us,” and “our,” and you, the purchaser or traveler, “Client,” “you,” and “your.” By planning or purchasing travel with The Paradise Travel Group, LLC, you agree to be bound by these Terms. We act solely as a booking agent for disclosed, independent third-party suppliers, including tour operators, cruise lines, hotels, airlines, air charters, bus companies, ground transportation providers, and other entities that furnish accommodations, transportation, excursions, or other services, each a Supplier. We are not the source or provider of the travel services.
These Terms include important disclaimers, limitations of liability, assumption of risk language, dispute resolution provisions, and restrictions on remedies. If you do not agree, do not use our services.
You warrant that you are at least 18 years of age and have legal authority to enter into this agreement and make travel bookings with The Paradise Travel Group, LLC. You agree to be financially responsible for all bookings you make with us, whether for yourself or for others for whom you are legally authorized to act. You warrant that all information supplied by you is true and accurate. You agree that you will only make legitimate reservations or purchases with The Paradise Travel Group, LLC and its Suppliers. Speculative, false, or fraudulent bookings are prohibited.
The Paradise Travel Group, LLC accepts all bookings solely as the booking agent for the Suppliers on your itinerary. Separate Supplier terms and conditions will apply to your reservation and purchase of travel related goods and services. By booking through The Paradise Travel Group, LLC you acknowledge that you have reviewed and agree to the applicable Supplier terms, including rules related to availability, pricing, cancellations, refunds, credits, schedule changes, loyalty accrual, and expirations. Violations of Supplier conditions may result in cancellation of your reservations, denial of services, and forfeiture of monies paid.
The Paradise Travel Group, LLC is not liable or responsible for any arrangements made independently of us, including air, hotels, excursions, or travel insurance you purchase on your own. We assume no responsibility for costs or fees you incur for independent arrangements, and we cannot service or modify such reservations.
All offers, incentives, and Supplier promotions are subject to availability, capacity controls, and change without notice. Prices can fluctuate based on demand, taxes, fees, surcharges, and currency exchange. We reserve the right to correct errors or omissions, and to adjust pricing or itinerary details to reflect corrections. If a pricing error is discovered after you have paid, the Supplier may cancel or reprice consistent with its policies. If that occurs, we will use reasonable efforts to assist you with options available from the Supplier.
Secure channels only. All payments must be submitted by the cardholder, through The Paradise Travel Group, LLC secure payment link or invoice. Card numbers will not be accepted by text, social media, chat, or voicemail. We may refuse any payment not submitted through our secure channel.
Third-party cardholder protocol. If the cardholder is not a named traveler on the booking, you must notify The Paradise Travel Group, LLC in writing before any payment is processed and email, in a single message to info@theparadisetravelgroup.com, all of the following:
(a) a completed and signed Credit Card Authorization listing the exact amount or amounts, booking number or numbers, and Supplier or Suppliers to be charged,
(b) a clear image of the cardholder’s government issued photo ID, the ID number may be redacted except for the last four digits,
(c) a signed statement from the cardholder authorizing The Paradise Travel Group, LLC and the named Supplier or Suppliers to charge the card for the booking, including deposits, scheduled or incremental payments, change fees, cancellation penalties, and approved post booking adjustments, and
(d) the cardholder’s phone number and email for verification.
The Paradise Travel Group, LLC may decline to accept a third-party card and may require an alternate payment method at its discretion.
Verification and authorization scope. By submitting any payment, you represent and warrant that you are the cardholder or that you have the cardholder’s express authorization for the specific transaction. You consent to address verification, card security code verification, phone or email verification with the cardholder, and fraud screening. You authorize The Paradise Travel Group, LLC to transmit your payment to the approved Supplier or Suppliers. For schedules with multiple payments, you authorize deposit and subsequent scheduled payments in the amounts and on the dates you approve in writing. Tokens stored by our PCI compliant processor may be used only for amounts and dates you approve in writing.
Deadlines and penalties. You are responsible for all charges, fees, duties, taxes, and assessments arising out of your bookings. All payments are due by the Supplier deadlines. Failure to make final payment on time or to comply with Supplier rules may result in cancellation, denial of services, and forfeiture of monies paid. Many fares and rates are partially or fully nonrefundable once deposited or paid in full. All cancellations or change requests must be submitted to The Paradise Travel Group, LLC in writing. Supplier penalties will apply per the applicable policy. Our professional service fees, if any, are nonrefundable once services are rendered.
Client initiated changes. We will attempt to assist with changes prior to departure or during travel. Certain bookings cannot be changed. You are responsible for any Supplier increases, change fees, or additional The Paradise Travel Group, LLC professional service fees that apply.
Takeover bookings and transfers. If we assume servicing of a reservation that you created elsewhere, you agree that The Paradise Travel Group, LLC is not responsible for pre existing issues, errors, or Supplier policies tied to the original booking. We may charge a nonrefundable takeover fee and will confirm that amount in writing before work begins.
Chargebacks. Except in cases of proven card fraud, you agree not to initiate a chargeback to avoid or violate any booking terms of The Paradise Travel Group, LLC or its Suppliers. If you initiate a chargeback, reversal, or recollection of a previously authorized payment, you remain responsible for all Supplier penalties and any costs, fees, and expenses we incur, including reasonable attorney fees, investigation time, and processor penalties. The Paradise Travel Group, LLC may submit these Terms, authorization records, IP and device information, payment logs, and correspondence to contest a dispute.
Failure to follow protocol. If you submit a payment from a cardholder who is not a named traveler and you do not complete the third-party cardholder protocol in this Section, you agree that you are solely responsible for any resulting disputes, retrievals, or chargebacks. You authorize The Paradise Travel Group, LLC to recover all related amounts, including processor assessments, retrieval and chargeback fees, administrative costs, reasonable attorneys’ fees, collection costs, and interest at the maximum lawful rate, and you authorize The Paradise Travel Group, LLC to charge any payment method you placed on file for those amounts.
Independent arrangements and agency fees. The Paradise Travel Group, LLC is not responsible for payments you make directly to any Supplier outside our secure payment process. Any refunds for air tickets or other items where a Supplier is the merchant of record must come from that Supplier. Agency service fees are separate, are earned on receipt, and are not refundable unless stated otherwise in writing.
Currency and declines. Prices may change due to currency fluctuations. You are responsible for bank or card issuer fees, including foreign transaction fees and declines. If a payment is declined or reversed, the Supplier may cancel your booking and amounts already paid may be forfeited under Supplier rules.
Evidence and admissibility. You consent to the capture and use of electronic records related to payments, including time stamps, device and IP data, and acceptance logs, and agree these records are admissible to prove authorization, receipt of notices, and compliance with these Terms.
Fraud and refusal rights. The Paradise Travel Group, LLC may refuse, suspend, or cancel any payment it suspects to be unauthorized or fraudulent, and may require a different payment method or direct bank transfer.
You are solely responsible for obtaining and carrying all required travel documents, including a valid passport book, visas, entry permits, health certificates, and other documents required by governmental authorities and Suppliers. Passport cards are not valid for most international air travel. Some countries require at least six months of passport validity beyond the date of entry. Requirements can change without notice.
When traveling domestically or internationally, the U.S. Transportation Security Administration and Department of Homeland Security require acceptable identification to board a flight. Current information is available at tsa.gov. If using a driver license, confirm whether your state issued identification complies with REAL ID and whether that requirement is in effect on your date of travel. Names, dates of birth, and gender markers on identification must exactly match airline tickets and booking records. Discrepancies can result in denied boarding or delays that cause you to miss flights and subsequent travel.
Children and infants also require travel documents. Minors traveling with one parent, or without both parents, may be denied entry unless authenticated consent forms are provided to authorities. See U.S. Customs and Border Protection guidance at help.cbp.gov and cbp.gov.
You must review all confirmations and travel documents upon receipt. Contact The Paradise Travel Group, LLC in writing within twenty four hours if corrections are required. You are responsible for any costs that arise from failure to review and report errors promptly.
Entry, exit, and transit rules vary by country and can change without notice. Countries may deny admission based on past criminal offenses or other ineligibility. The Paradise Travel Group, LLC does not inquire into your criminal history. If you have any concern about admissibility, contact the embassy or consulate of each destination and transit country. See the U.S. Department of State at travel.state.gov for country specific information.
You are responsible for obtaining required or recommended immunizations, health screenings, and documentation prior to travel, and for complying with health protocols imposed by governments or Suppliers. Consult your health practitioner and review information from the U.S. Centers for Disease Control at cdc.gov/travel and the U.S. Department of State at travel.state.gov. The Paradise Travel Group, LLC does not warrant the accuracy or completeness of health or entry guidance and is not responsible if a visa, waiver, or health document is denied or if rules change after booking.
Accessibility and special needs. Advise us in writing of any disability, mobility limitation, medical device, service animal, or special need before booking so that we can request assistance from Suppliers. Accommodations vary by jurisdiction and are not guaranteed outside the United States and Canada. Additional costs may apply for rental equipment or special services. The Paradise Travel Group, LLC is not responsible if Suppliers or foreign jurisdictions do not meet United States accessibility standards.
Activities and assumption of risk. Many activities carry inherent risks, including physical exertion, outdoor conditions, remote locations, wildlife encounters, water sports, spa and wellness treatments, and other potentially hazardous conditions. By booking through The Paradise Travel Group, LLC, you acknowledge these risks and agree to use required safety equipment and to seek medical advice if you have any concern about your ability to participate. If you are under the influence of alcohol or illegal drugs during any activity, you assume all risks and agree to indemnify The Paradise Travel Group, LLC from claims that arise from your conduct.
Your airline ticket is a contract between you and the air carrier, even if purchased through The Paradise Travel Group, LLC. Airlines control schedules, aircraft, crew, seating, baggage policies, refunds, rebooking, and loyalty accrual. The Paradise Travel Group, LLC does not control airline operations and is not liable for acts or omissions of any carrier.
You should reconfirm flight times at least 24 hours before domestic departures and 72 hours before international departures, and arrive at the airport early, generally two hours before domestic flights and three hours before international flights, subject to airline guidance. Failure to use a segment may result in automatic cancellation of continuing and return flights and forfeiture of fares. E tickets generally expire one year from the issue date unless fare rules state otherwise. Seat assignments are not guaranteed and may change. Many airlines charge to prebook seats.
Merchant of record. For scheduled air, the airline is the merchant of record and holds your funds for the ticket. Any refunds for cancellations, delays, baggage, or seat fees must come directly from the airline under its policies.
Some tours or group offers require a minimum number of participants. If minimums are not met, Suppliers may impose a surcharge or cancel the program. Refunds and remedies are governed by the Supplier policy. There is no refund for unused portions of packages priced on contract rates.
Suppliers may require that non United States travelers remit payment in United States Dollars when booking through The Paradise Travel Group, LLC. We are not responsible for currency exchange losses or foreign transaction fees imposed by your card issuer or bank.
Some countries require aircraft cabin disinsection. See current information at the United States Department of Transportation website. United States federal law forbids the carriage of hazardous materials on aircraft, including explosives, compressed gases, flammable liquids and solids, oxidizers, poisons, corrosives, and radioactive materials. Limited exceptions apply for small quantities of medicinal and toiletry articles. See tsa.gov for prohibited items and airline representatives for details.
Each Supplier is an independent entity with its own management and is not subject to our control. The Suppliers that appear on your documentation are those responsible for providing the services purchased, and you consent to their use. The Paradise Travel Group, LLC is not responsible if restaurants, tour operators, cruise lines, or other Suppliers are unable to accommodate dietary restrictions, allergies, or preferences.
Because The Paradise Travel Group, LLC acts only as agent for disclosed independent Suppliers and does not control their operations, you agree that The Paradise Travel Group, LLC is not liable for any personal injury, illness, property damage, or other loss in connection with any act, error, omission, delay, change, irregularity, failure to deliver, partial or inadequate delivery of services, bankruptcy, cessation of operations, or other matter outside our control. To the maximum extent permitted by law, The Paradise Travel Group, LLC disclaims liability for indirect, special, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages.
The Paradise Travel Group, LLC has received only commissions and service fees for arranging travel transactions. Any recovery from The Paradise Travel Group, LLC is limited to the amount of commissions and fees actually received by us for the booking at issue.
The Paradise Travel Group, LLC will not be in breach of these Terms, and has no liability, for any failure or delay in performing obligations that result from events beyond our reasonable control, including acts of God, natural disasters, fires, floods, war, terrorism, civil commotion, strikes, labor disputes, epidemics, pandemics, quarantines, governmental actions or omissions, changes in laws, failures of utilities, internet or hosting outages, equipment failures, or other unforeseen circumstances. Each Supplier has its own force majeure provisions and may vary, postpone, or cancel arrangements in its sole discretion. Refunds, credits, or rebooking, if any, are at the Supplier’s discretion. We will use reasonable efforts to seek available remedies from Suppliers on your behalf.
You must comply with all behavior guidelines established by Suppliers, including dress codes at religious or cultural sites and safety instructions. A Supplier may remove you from a facility, property, tour, activity, or transportation if your health or conduct appears to endanger yourself or others, disrupts the well being of other guests, or interferes with operations or security. No refund will be issued in such cases.
You accept responsibility for any damage or loss that you cause and agree to pay the owner or Supplier directly at the time of the incident. You agree to indemnify The Paradise Travel Group, LLC for the full amount of any claim, including reasonable attorney fees, arising from your conduct.
The Paradise Travel Group, LLC strongly recommends the purchase of comprehensive travel insurance for all bookings. Unless specifically noted, insurance is not included in the cost of your itinerary. Without appropriate insurance, if you cancel or interrupt travel, you may lose up to the full cost of your trip and related expenses.
The Paradise Travel Group, LLC is not a licensed insurance producer and is not qualified to answer technical questions about benefits, exclusions, or conditions of any policy, nor to evaluate the adequacy of your existing coverage. An additional charge applies for any policy you select. It is your responsibility to understand what your policy covers. The Paradise Travel Group, LLC cannot guarantee that any insurer will approve a claim. If you decline insurance, you may be asked to sign a waiver.
You consent to receive communications electronically at the email address you provide and to transact business using electronic records and signatures, which are valid and enforceable under applicable law. Keep your contact information current.
Contact for notices. Notices to The Paradise Travel Group, LLC must be sent to info@theparadisetravelgroup.com. Notices to you will be sent to the primary email address on file. Notices are deemed delivered when sent.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Mediation and arbitration. Before commencing formal proceedings, the parties will attempt to resolve disputes through good faith mediation in Broward County, Florida or Palm Beach County, Florida. If not resolved within 30 days after a written request for mediation, the dispute will be resolved by binding, confidential arbitration in Broward County, Florida or Palm Beach County, Florida, under the Commercial Arbitration Rules of the American Arbitration Association. The venue will be at The Paradise Travel Group, LLC election. The arbitrator may award individual compensatory damages only, and has no authority to award punitive or exemplary damages or to certify a class. Judgment on the award may be entered in any court of competent jurisdiction.
Class action waiver. You agree to bring claims only in your individual capacity and not as a plaintiff or class member in any class, consolidated, or representative action.
Small claims and injunctive relief. Either party may bring an individual action in small claims court, or seek provisional injunctive relief, in a court located in Broward County, Florida or Palm Beach County, Florida.
Limitation period. Any claim must be filed within twelve months after the date your trip is completed or canceled, whichever comes first.
Jury trial waiver. To the extent a dispute is heard in court rather than arbitration, the parties waive any right to a jury trial.
No oral modifications. Changes to these Terms are effective only if in writing and posted by The Paradise Travel Group, LLC. We may update these Terms at any time, effective upon posting on our website, and the updated version will apply to new and existing bookings to the fullest extent permitted by law.
Severability. If any provision is determined to be invalid or unenforceable, it will be replaced with a valid provision that most closely matches the original intent, and the remainder will continue in effect.
Entire agreement. These Terms, together with the Supplier terms referenced in your confirmations, are the entire agreement between you and The Paradise Travel Group, LLC regarding bookings made with us and supersede all prior or contemporaneous communications, whether electronic, oral, or written. A printed version of these Terms and any notice given in electronic form is admissible to the same extent as other business documents and records.
